Intent Executive Coaching and Consulting cc 2008/097622/23
After semi-retiring from two directorships, I have decided to dedicate more time to coaching, facilitation, and consulting. With several thousand hours of coaching experience and extensive knowledge in organisational leadership and team dynamics, I am well-equipped to support your growth. Intent has been operational since 2008, and I am registered with COMENSA as well as the HPCSA.
Coaching is a collaborative, outcome-driven learning process that utilises skilled conversation and focused questioning to develop authentic possibilities for viable transformation. It is relational, practical, and tailored to your specific growth needs.
For individual coaching or group/team facilitation, please contact me via WhatsApp at 0844001317 or email at mail@tonyschnell.co.za. While I am based in Hermanus and work primarily within the Western Cape, I am available to work globally through social media platforms.
Let’s establish a clear contract to move forward. I prefer to work individually with each client to ensure that your specific goals are incorporated into our agreement, ensuring clarity for both parties.
Client Testimonials:
“Tony has been one of the most profound and thorough coaches I have had in my life. He is very sensitive and thorough, and he is not satisfied until both he, as the coach, and myself, as the client, feel ready for the next step.”
— J. Neumeier, Senior Manager
“This coaching has been one of the most important learning experiences of my life.”
— M. Kusambiza, Executive Director
Although I am open to discussing various coaching and facilitation agendas, I have particular expertise in the following areas:
Faith-Based Clients: I have worked extensively with churches, Christian organisations, and individuals seeking effective ways to navigate difficult situations. Faith can be a remarkable resource, yet the pressures of life and work can create a sense of entrapment, leading to feelings of failure, loss of purpose, and strained relationships. Coaching and facilitation can provide a crucial, unbiased lifeline to a meaningful way forward for both individuals and teams.
NGO Clients: With 20 years of experience in NGO leadership, I understand the unique challenges faced in this sector. Together, we can develop practical responses to your specific challenges.
Education Sector: I have a long history of working with school leadership, principals, and teachers to rediscover effective and purposeful ways of embodying the significance of being an educator in South Africa today.
